Lenox Chinastone " For The Blue" is an elegant pattern that perfectly compliments other Lenox patterns manufactured in the United States from 1984-1997 and now is a retired pattern. The pattern is set on Cream Chinastone and has blue trim around the smooth edges and a blue inset ring line. Each piece in the set has the Lenox logo imprinted on the back. These pieces are freezer to oven to table and microwave safe.
This is a five piece Hostess Set which includes:
14" Cream Oval Serving Platter measuring 14.25" inches length and 10.5"inches wide
9" Cream Vegetable Bowl measuring 9 3/4" inches diameter and holds 24-28 ounces
Cream Sugar Bowl and Lid measuring 3.75 " inches tall and inside diameter 3.25"inches which holds 8 ounces.
Creamer measuring 2 5/8" tall and 4" inches diameter which holds 7-8 fl oz.
These five pieces accompanied my Lenox Chinastone "Buttercups on Blue" dinnerware (also listed). These pieces were used very rarely and have very little if any utensil markings. There may be a blemish in the edge trim of the Platter almost like a missed miniscule of color but all before firing that only can be seen through very close inspection. All the pieces are smooth and glossy.
