Measuring 10 inches across and 12 inches deep. There is a metal loop at the top for hanging. The flowers and leaves are brightly painted and in nice firm condition. Some have an aged touch, I suspect for effect. Made in China sticker is on the back. As stated, the bottom of the wire basket has some paint loss and a tiny bit of rust. Makes for a nice focal point.
