Batteries

If the item requires batteries I will remove these to avoid issues with postage.

Domestic Postage & Packaging

I use recycled boxes for packaging and newspaper (mainly) for filler. The P&P price is not just for postage cost but also for the packing I have to purchase ie tape, paper, ink etc

International Postage

I use eBay's Global Shipping Program to ship overseas. These charges are set by eBay themselves and are non-negotiable. The charges include a fully tracked and insured service by Ebay and not by me.

Returns

I offer a 30 day return policy on all items. Return postage is paid for by the customer for change of mind/didn't like returns. Any refunds will be issued no longer than two days after the item has been delivered back to me and inspected. All returns must be initiated by opening up an eBay return case.
