Ts and Cs:

If your an interested bidder on this auction please be aware of the following:

1. Age of the item - this is not intended as a new model train guide it is a collectors or enthusiasts item reference item only.

2. Descriptions and pictures show all the main items and no significant damage is noted.

3. There is a general no refund or returns policy - unless the item is not as described. Any requests for refund need to come through eBay via their rules, I will not consider any partial refunds based on the fact buyer may wish to retain the item, but want a refund for expected age related matters - Item will need to be returned without any damage to meet eBay qualifications for full refund.

4. Please understand I’m genuinely not seeking unfair trading here - the start price of my auctions reflects the general market value priced as is and the buy now option allows a buyer keen to own the item to purchase at a max/median market value outside of the bidding tensions and possibilities of outbidding- it does not represent a reserve price and will just be a suggested price a buyer may be willing to pay - paying it does not constitute a better condition of sale regarding the points listed above.

5. I have reviewed the items and consider them in good condition, but this is a critical point - given time in storage it should be considered that they are old materials and not as robust as a new catalogue would be.

6. Postage - please do not select an alternative postage - some buyers have been doing this and when I’ve gone to pay postage I’ve been charged more than the post paid - it also rises my costs as a seller as eBay fees included postage in their charging formula.. If you wish additional post contact me before bidding explaining your requirements to fair trade it is only fair to discuss so I don’t actual just make a loss on the deal.
