Multiple boards and Back Light ( very common problem) can show similar symptoms of failure.

Here is Symptoms faulty Power Board:  s/by light in a front of the  t/v doesn't  light. No 8v or 13v on contacts 3,5,7,9 connector SNM803, and the TV doesn't  turn ON absolutely. If the LCD screen light ON for a second then shuts down its also mean Back light FAILURE
