Return policy; If it is due to our error, we will pay for the return shipping.

If you change your mind or need to cancel a purchase after shipment for any other reason, you pay for return shipping and we will refund the full purchase price. Returned items need to be in the same condition as they were when shipped and received. A return authorization is not necessary, just send a message with the tracking number, so that we may anticipate the return.
