Vintage Belgian aluminium track frame, with a FSA headset.
This one, and I have others too, were used on the indoor track by the Belgian Cycling Federation. I was told they are Merckx framesets.
Painted, or powdercoated, in white, stickers / decals are underneath the clearcoat.
Some chips / light usage markings, but in very good condition.
