1) Mice got to deck seats.  Will need complete re-surface.

2) Cabin window frame will not seal.  Photo shows water stains from the window.  Tried everything i could to seal the outside leak points with no luck.  Next step for me was to tear out fabric inside and seal off from inside and then re-fabric the walls.

3) Engine was replaced four-five years ago with used unit.  I do not have accurate hour rating for it.  Ran great when i used it.  Probably will need a tune up from sitting idle.

4) trailer included (2011) in great shape, will need bearings packed.

5) porta potty included.  boat has black tank, but it has not been hooked up since i have had it.

6) fresh water pump for cabin needs to be replaced.

7) no other known issues.
