It's just the original color, but, unfortunately, it's not the original paint. Since I bought the Vespa to which this part belongs from the first owner I can tell you that there hasn't been any accident. However, the rips were a little damaged and filler was used to repair a few small dents – usual 90's restoration, both visible on the photos
