An experimental machine developed by Dr. Krust Moses, who developed the EXAM system, after defecting to the Earth Federation Forces. The EXAM system was installed in the head of the GM Ground Type, and the rest of the machine was based on the Gundam Ground Type to suit the machine's performance.
The generator was also enlarged, and boasted outstanding performance at the time of its development.
