Lovely pale blue dress from Billie & Blossom at Dorothy Perkins. Size 12. Brand new. Was £35.00 new but never worn.

This soft slightly stretchy dress has a round neck and a gathered / ruched panel on the waist so it hangs beautifully. There are large flowers all over.
