Mahogany Cutlery Tray
A mid 19th century mahogany cutlery tray. It's a two division example with single cut out handle in the center divider. The ends are slightly inset and it is of pegged and nailed construction. It dates around 1850-80 and was likely a provincial piece. Lots of real usage patina and it certainly has the rustic look as you can see in the images.

Condition
Rustic period piece, lots of usage patina with scores of years worth of use. Knocks and indents, a couple of splits and a piece of wood missing at one corner join. See the images for the overall look and surface condition. Still sturdy and fine to use.
