Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock front wheel cylinder, Ford part number 8T-2061.  This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part.  According to my Ford Truck manual, this is used on the following models:

1950-1952 Ford Truck
Body Code.T,  F-5 Conventional & School Bus
Body Code TH, F-6 Conventional & School Bus
Body Code TL, F-4 Conventional
Body Code F-5 Cab Over Engine
Body Code F-6 Cab Over Engine

 I opened the box for the first time to inspect and take pictures.  The assembly is in brand new,  never used condition and is free of any damage. There is some spots of very minor surface rust from many years of shelf storage.  May or may not need a light polishing up before installation. Cast on the piece is FD4966, MADE IN U.S.A., Wagner Lockheed, 1 1/4 DIA. S.S. The original box is in good condition.
