All items are purchased as is so please look carefully at all pictures and ask questions prior to buying. I make every effort to package an item so it reaches it's destination in perfect condition. Storage case included. Battery type 13. Tested with new batteries they work as intended.

Hearing aids have been custom programmed and fitted with custom earmolds. (I left the earmolds on to test them.) Be aware If you purchase these that you'll probably will need to have the earmolds replaced and the hearing adjusted and programmed by your hearing professional because these are not one size fits all and the hearing impediment it's different for each person. So that being said I won't accept any returns related to fitting or programming of the sound to your specific needs

These hearing aids are for people with mild, moderate, severe to profound hearing loss. Pre-owned devices but in good working condition. Devices have been cleaned, disinfected and tested. They are fully operational and function as intended
