14K Yellow Gold Delicate Sapphire Diamond Necklace Pendant. Nice elegant design featuring 16 small sapphires -- I'm not sure whether natural or synthetic. Very tiny diamonds form the trim around the sapphires. Marked "14K" on a tag near clasp, and "585" on the actual clasp. A beautiful necklace. Measures 18 1/2" open.  Total weight is 5.5 grams.  See picture with dime for size reference. 

Condition: examined with loupe, all looks good to me.
