This vintage cake knife and server set is a stunning addition to any collection and will add elegance to your dining experience!   This set includes a Raimond Sheffield England Cake Knife (with Sterling Silver handle and Stainless Steel blade) and a National Silver Co. King Edward Cake/Pie Server that is either Silver or Silverplate (not sure which).  Please note that these 2 items compliment each other but are not part a true matching set from the manufacturer.  The age of both items are not known, but could date back as far as the 1930's. 

The Raimond Sheffeld England Cake Knife is  about 12.5" long with an 8" long serrated SS blade. "Raimond Stainless Sheffield England" is samped on the blade. "Sterling" is stamped on the handle in 2 locations. The knife is in very good condition with a few scratches and blemishes that are hard to see. There are some spots of tarnish that could clean off (I didn't try to clean). 

The National Silver Co. King Edward Cake Server is about 9.75" long and features a beautiful design on the handle and intricate pattern on the server portion. "National Silver Co" is stamped on the back, along with a hallmark that appears to be a crown with "KES" (see pictures).  The server is in very good condition with some scratches and blemishes, but not very noticeable (my opinion). There are some spots of tarnish that could clean off (I didn't try to clean). 


Please take a close look at the pictures to see the condition of the knife and server. I apologize for the quality of the pictures, I was struggling with light and reflections. Some marks that you see may be reflections from trees in my backyard when trying to get some natural light!  Please ask me any questions if the pictures are not clear enough.  Item is sold as is with no returns accepted.
