Here for sale is a Vintage 1981 Coleco ALIEN ATTACK Tabletop electronic game in Very Good working order/condition and is cosmetically Very Good overall with a Superior Bright VFD Display, Responsive Controls throughout, Loud Crystal Clear Sound/Speaker but sadly is missing the original battery cover.

The Battery bay is Generally Clean but One of the battery terminals have some noticeable rust applied (does not appear to effect the game-play, see pic 12)

" This game console has been cleaned by myself prior to sale (as has my entire game collection) to ensure it reaches you in the cleanest possible aesthetic condition, from a good outer clean to diminish any surface dirt/grime & stains followed by a surface polish/buffing to bring out the best sheen possible. It is then finished with the display screen getting a good deep clean & polish (this does not mean it will look like new by any means, more just that the years of built up dirt/grime/grease have been diminished/partly removed and the pictures will always form a better understanding of the games condition). Many of my games have also had the entire games control system deep cleaned & serviced to ensure maximum re-playability (where applicable/possible) and improve general responsiveness. This game also comes from a Smoke and Pet free home.

This game is in a very good working state and has been thoroughly tested and no issues have been found/identified.

Controls are generally responsive/firm, VFD display is Extremely Bright! and the sound is loud & crystal clear. The Battery bay is Generally Clean but One of the battery terminals have some noticeable rust applied (does not appear to effect the game-play, see pic 12) Original Battery Cover is sadly missing entirely. The game has been tested working on batteries and found to be working as intended.

Aesthetically the condition of the game is Very Good overall. Bright Orange Upper Framework/Hood remains in Very good overall cosmetic order with some marks/scratches/abrasions/wear present throughout. The Black Smoked display screen/area is also in very good overall condition with some lesser surface scratches/markings/wear present. The "Coleco" decal/print to the top of the display is in extremely good overall cosmetic condition with little/no noticeable wear applied. Both Metal Decals "Skill Level and Alien Attack" are present in extremely good cosmetic condition with some lesser wear applied to them both but neither exhibit any lifting/damage. Player HUB area is in extremely good overall cosmetic condition with some lesser surface marks/scratches and the white lettering is fully legible across all of the controls and remains in near pristine overall health with very little wear applied. Underside of the console remains in very good condition with a light amount of wear/scratching evident. (There will always be various marks/scratches/blemishes/discoloration across the unit from it's age and prior usage but this is to be expected on most used vintage games of this age. Please study the pictures carefully and zoom in to see the exact item you shall receive.

Item requires 4 x (C Size/MN1400) Batteries (which are not included in this sale) or an AC Adapter (which is also not included in this sale).

IMPORTANT:- "Please make sure you use the correct AC Adapter for these games if you make a purchase. Ensure you check the Voltage & Polarity of the tip you connect is 100% right/correct before using any AC Adapter. Please "Ask me" if you are unsure or perhaps look at the AC adapters I have listed for sale, so you can purchase something suitable. If you are not certain, then I would advise to simply use batteries." Do not under any circumstances use AC Adapters from Laptops/Mobile Phones/Other Random Hardware as they will very likely damage the unit!. (Returns will not be tolerated/refunded under these circumstances as I can prove if/when this has occurred very easily)

Some Re-Printed (not the original) Instructions are included in extremely good cosmetic state. No Box however is included within this sale.

The Item is sold as is with no returns being offered so please do study the pictures again very carefully as they form the basis of the sale and the item pictured herein is the exact item that you shall receive.

Item will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (Under most Circumstances). The item will be sent securely packaged and tracked for your piece of mind. In some events the item may be shipped with Hermes and will also be sent tracked and may require a signature upon receipt. Please expect a 3-5 day delivery schedule (on average) from the date of shipment.

International Shipping (Outside of the U.K.) is available ONLY via E-bay's internal "Global Shipping Programme (GSP)" and you should only purchase if you are happy to use their delivery service and have read/understood their "terms and conditions" listed and are happy with costs incurred/quoted to you prior to your purchase when you select your "destination country" from the available list.

Please make sure you are absolutely happy with the delivery costs you will incur before making your purchase as the postage/import taxes/duty etc. are completely beyond my control and are quoted to you from E-bay and paid directly to E-bay and not myself.

In the event that the item has been found to be "Not as Described and/or in a Faulty condition", then I shall happily accept a return and reimburse you the full item price paid but you be will expected to pay the return postage yourself. I also expect the item to come back in the exact condition it was sold to you in and that the unique tamper-proof security seal to be in place and no evidence of it being tampered with. I also expect that the unit has not been opened under any circumstances prior to the return.

This item has been opened prior to sale and serial numbers, identification numbers, model numbers, are noted down and internal pictures are also taken/recorded for proof on all items. Also invisible security marks are also in-place in particular area's for both piece of mind and to ensure that the sale/return is always accurately represented/recorded.

Please remember that eBay charges sellers 10% commission on postage in addition to the 10% that already applies on selling fees.

Additionally sellers are also charged commission at 4% for using PayPal as this is a separate company.
Therefore Any postage price reflects not just the cost of the postage stated on the box label but it also incurs any materials/packaging used and the commission charged as mentioned prior. Please give this thought when you leave feedback.
