Vintage Halloween Sparkly Skull In Top Hat Wearing Bowtie Pedestal Candle Holder

Measures approximately 7 3/4" tall, 9" tall including the glass cup, and about 3 1/4" in diameter. It's in very nice condition with light scuffs on the base.  Listing doesn't include candle.
