Pentel ML5 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil

Here is a new old stock Pentel 0.5mm mechanical pencil, model ML5.

It has a smooth plastic grip barrel and brushed aluminum finish, including "5" stamped into it. It is 5 1/8" long without any lead extended. (Slightly shorter than the S55 pencil.)

The price sticker was removed at some point before I got it and some of the residue from where it was placed is still there. The pencil is all original, taken out of the box to photograph, so doubtful that the eraser would still work. It includes the clearing pin. The inner metal reservoir doesn't have a serial/date code, so I am guessing this was made in the mid-1970's or prior.
