I purchased this very unique Artist-Made hair clip years ago but have never worn it due to my hair being too short and HAS been since then! It was such a pretty & unique piece, I had to buy it and now it's time for someone else to enjoy it! It has just been stored away since then! It was actually designed & handmade by a work acquaintance that was very skilled in baked clay art! The large rectangular shape with flared ends measures 3.35" long by 3/4" wide at the ends and 5/8" in the middle. The main yellow base has 12 very thinly sliced applied oval shapes of detailed multi-colored centers inside yellow with purples borders. It was then baked accordingly. It has a nice heavy push-tab release bar, then snaps back to secure. The artist's name is incised into the clay on the back with the year 1995.  

 It is in perfect un-used condition!
