This is an old original silver oxide type Government Issue GI Sharpshooter Weapons qualification badge with the Rifle hanger. It is badge that denotes a high degree of skill and proficiency with the indicated weapon. The Rifle Bar is hallmarked with the Williams and Anderson mark The Sharpshooter badge is marked U with an arrow.
