when laid flat:

underarm to underarm: 44cm

waist: 36cm

shoulder to waist: 39cm

waist to hem: 58cm

(the mannequin in photos is UK size 10)

Overall in good condition, but there's a minor mark at back, but not very noticeable when worn, as it can be hidden within the pleats. Please see last 3 photos for info (purple pencil points at the stain, last photo shows it's hidden within the pleats when worn).
