Clean, smoke-free environment, in near-mint condition (using mint, near-mint, excellent, good, fair, poor) - in my opinion, no writing or markings, 400 cards per set, no water damage, hand collated sets (from pack to making the football card sets), sharp corners/edges, approximately 8 pounds for shipping purposes, and are bright in colors.
