How to use:
1. Use the mirror as a reference to position the device correctly. You can adjust the fit using the two nylon straps on the front.
2. Push the blue wheel on the airlock off the hand pump before filling.
3. Inflate the air pump to your liking, then turn the wheel back to lock in the air.
4. Use 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time.
5. Deflate the gas by unlocking the gas lock and unscrewing the screws attached to the pump.
