READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION: THIS IS NOT A HIGH-SPEED CONNECTION.  It will provide "adequate" connectivity for a single computer or device, but that's about it. 

This product uses the 802.11ah standard, which is designed for distance rather than speed.  You will see some statements (thanks Wikipedia) claiming a bandwidth of up to 400+Mbps, but that is under special circumstances and configurations and is definitely not what you should expect in your regular use.

I don't have any testing for short-range use (aka, from one side of your house to another) but long-range testing has shown this delivers about 5Mbps at 3,000 feet (~1KM) and around 3Mbps at one mile.

It will definitely work for remote security cameras, etc. but don't expect to be beaming 4K videos out to your barn, or to get the Internet to your guest house and have multiple people use it.  

On the flip side: look at what you want to use it for and what the bandwidth requirements truly are, and I think you'll be surprised at how versatile it is.  Youtube recommends a connection speed of 5Mpbs for streaming 1080P, and just 2.5Mbps for 720P.  So if you're looking to be able to use your laptop in your workshop/barn/detached garage this is a solid choice.
