everything appears to be in good preowned condition.   I am not a train expert, but I have shown pictures of all sides and bottom.   Requires 9 volt battery for the light.  There is a switch on the bottom to turn off and on.  Measures approx 18 inches long.   Please look at pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
