Very beautiful hand pained under glazing carnations on this tile/ceramic tray. If holding the tray at an angle you can see the carnations hand painting staying up thru the glaze. The band around it is a frosted matte chrome heavy metal band.

There is some areas on the band that may need some chrome polish so see pics for condition. No cracks or chips or other damage observed.

Really nice party or formal presentation tray.
