This is a Blix bicycle horn made in Boston Mass. You turn the knob and it makes a noise . You can either mount this to your handle bars and turn the knob by hand ((( or mount this to the fork and find a chain to pull it . ))) This has NO CHAIN !!! This was designed to be use either way and is condition you see in the photos. There are some paint scratch’s as shown .
