All of the video inputs and outputs appear to work, I've tried composite, Component and HDMI. Video upscaling, denoising, deinterlacing, etc. all seems to work perfectly. However, audio does not seem to pass through the unit and is not embedded with the HDMI out. If you are routing your audio into an AMP, this shouldn't be an issue, especially if your amp allows you to change the audio delay (upscaling, etc. can take a little processing time, resulting in audio sync issues if the audio is not being routed through the Kramer too.)

Excellent for watching Laserdisc/VHS/Betamax, etc. on your modern TV. The Kramer converts the composite output to HDMI for easy connection and greatly improves the picture quality. The "HQV" on the front of the unit stands for Hollywood Quality Video" and the difference is clear - the Second image shows the difference between reqular composite out from a Laserdisc player and the same signal after running through this Kramer Unit.

Rack Mounting brackets and a Power cable is included. No Remote Control.

Given that this unit isn't working 100%, I'm listing this unit for parts or repair.
