1990 VINTAGE GREEN LANTERN ACTION FIGURE WITH WATER JET RING

ToyBiz DC Comics Super Heroes Green Lantern action figure with water jet ring.

Came with a Green Lantern comic box I bought.

If you look at the photos, you can see a small bit of the top layer of the plastic casing is cracked but there is a 2nd plastic casing underneath which has protected the toy.
