Garmastan, the nipple cream, contains guaiazulene blue, produced from essential oils of the guaiacum tree. It is not necessary to remove the Garmastan ointment by washing before breastfeeding. The application is repeated as many times as necessary. For sensitive nipples, you can use a sterile compress on which a thin layer of cream has been applied. Also, for very sensitive nipples, Garmastan can be used before the breastfeeding period. Garmastan cream for nipples can be applied, after the shower, starting with the eighth month of pregnancy, to prepare the nipples for the mechanical action that will be exerted on them during breastfeeding.
