My mum has been a dolls house enthusiast for years and has many purchased and handmade items in her collection which we are starting to sell.

This listing is for her School House Classroom/Play Ground Scene, 1/12th scale.  

It is a mixture of purchased and handmade items in good condition.  Desks, piano and teacher's lecturn are purchased items, the three figures are made of resin.  The fencing round the playground is plastic.  The window frames are painted card.

The board measures approx. 15" x 15" (38cm x 38cm) and it is 15" (38cm) high to the top of the roof apex.

If possible, I would prefer collection due to the delicate nature, but delivery quoted is for medium parcel by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. The item will be well packed and will weigh over 5kg.  If I can post for less I will refund the difference.
