Pictured cases are just examples I had already made, they are not the only options available. 

New CD jewel cases with any Sega Dreamcast case art of your choosing. All art printed on heavy photo paper, manual insert is a folded over single page of the cover with the back manual page on the other side. I use adhesive foam strips to hold it together which also gives the manual insert some added width.  I only do single disc cases but these will comfortably hold 2 discs without much friction.

If the back manual page doesn’t have a decent quality scan online I will use the inlay artwork for the game in its place and promo artwork if that isn't available either. Please reach out me with any questions or other requests, thanks.
