Intel Socket 775 Aluminum Heat Sink + Fan w/4-Pin Connector - E97375-001.

This was never used, it was pulled from a computer that arrived with a bad power supply, but when this heatsink was removed one of the plastic clips broke which you can see in the last picture.

It still can be installed onto a CPU. 1 plastic clip is broke.
