This antique book has been in our family since new, passing from my grandad's guardian to my aunt and then to me .  Published by Hodder and Stoughton in April 1905 , this copy is stated to be a first impression , printed in the US on 15th April .
Ernest Thompson Seton was the founder of the Woodcraft folk , and an influencer of  Baden  Powell , who set up the Scouts.
Beautiful illustrations and text.
Hardback,  Some fading of front cover and spine . Some bookworm damage on rear spine , and ink dedication to Olive on inside leaf . Pages in good clean order, no tears.
