Hand knitted with love in a smoke-free, pet-free home. These durable cloths are soft and make chores fun!

These 100% cotton washcloths are highly absorbent and durable and are perfect for use in the kitchen or shower and bath. They also make great gifts. Add to a gift basket with some homemade soap.

Because they are handmade, measurements may vary slightly.

Machine washable and dryable. Non-chlorine bleach.

Expect these 100% cotton cloths to shrink slightly upon first washing.

Note: Colors may vary due to variations in computer monitors, photo lighting, etc.

SPECIAL WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DARK COLORS:

Dark colored cotton may bleed and STAIN when wet. (Don’t ask me how I know this…!) 😬

Please wash separately in cold water and/or with other similar dark colors.

To minimize color running, bleeding or staining, soak cloths in a solution of water and vinegar (or salt) for 1 hour. Remove cloth and rinse well with cool water. Then wash dark colors with similar colors. After 2-3 washings, the colors will be set and this will no longer be a problem.

These cloths will last for years in the kitchen or bath, even after machine washing and drying. When they start looking sad, relegate them to the utility room or garage as rags. Cotton is 100% compostable so you can cut them up and bury them in your garden when they are completely worn out.
