These are generally attributed to Italian makers Ferro & Lazzarini.

This large paperweight has a picture of two Blue Birds perched on flowering branches, all on a White ground.   The paperweight is 3-3/8" in diameter and 2-1/4" high.  It is signed with a Silver label on the side "Made in Murano Italy".  Other than a tiny scratch on the flat bottom, Condition is perfect.
