I don't know anything about these Hearing Aids.  It's unused, open box with the battery tabs still in.   It appears to be Chinese product and the documentation is poor that came with it.  Doesn't describe the batteries it uses.  

Wouldn't recommend this to someone unless they are already familiar with hearing aid devices and know how they should work.
