Our custom manufactured seals are made from military grade Fluorocarbon (Viton) and designed to hold up under the extreme conditions of your engine.

Upgraded VITON seals much better suited for this type of application and is the seals VOLVO now use on this part when new.

Don't buy the cheaper OEM seals that harden and go Brittle when exposed to oil (the ones that caused the problem in the first place which is nitrile)

Nitrile seal -30 degress to 100 degrees

VITON seal -20 degrees to 210 degrees and far superior resistance to oils.

I’ve tested these on my own VOLVO and was very successful and easy job to do !
