This is a very rare Otto Link double ring era ligature and cap for tenor saxophone. It has the thick screw, and both the ligature and cap are in good used condition. Some minor plating loss but most of the silver plating remains, and the screw spins freely and cap fits snug and neither cap or ligature have ever been abused.
