Due to delivery prices, some recycled packaging may be used to keep the costs of postage and packaging as low as possible. Please clearly note that delivery prices are not just the cost of stamps therefore it is very important you be mindful of p&p prices before bidding as any requests for partial refund postage costs will always be refused as they are always based on current Royal Mail/Courier costs amongst the following:


• All local post offices have now closed so takes longer getting to a Post Office

• Ebay charge a minimum 12.8% final value fee on postage even though this is completely separate to bid amounts and the actual total is not known until the listing has ended so charges will always differ

• They also charge a minimum of 35p to list just one item (again can differ depending on the item) along with a 30p per item deduction


Unfortunately unless all of the above are somehow covered in the listing, many sellers only end up with a few pennies because they need to start their listing(s) low (from £1.25) to attract buyers and cover these amounts to prevent a negative balance 


Combined postage and packaging can be considered if buying multiple items depending on the size and weight of all items, on items won within 2 days of each other. A revised invoice will be sent once costs have been obtained (this is not always possible and a message will be sent accordingly). Please kindly pay via Paypal within 2 days or notify me otherwise 


As per Royal Mail’s lost/missing parcel policy, a package is not considered as lost until after approximately 10 business days have passed if you select and pay for the unsigned delivery service. If you choose this option and do not receive your item, you will have to make a claim for a refund yourself and I will provide the necessary evidence through the Ebay messaging tool. If you select the signed for service, a refund can only be issued once you have supplied all the necessary evidence that is required to support a claim for loss and I have actually received the refund myself to pass onto you


If an item arrives damaged in transit, please do not take offence if asked for photographic proof of the damaged item as this will be required as evidence to support a claim for compensation so a refund can be given 


All items are dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise notified and proof of posting will always be obtained should you require it (I cannot be held responsible of events after posting). Please bear in mind that at busy times (November, December and Easter), Royal Mail/Courier’s may take slightly longer to deliver. This delivery time should not be reflected in my detailed seller ratings feedback 


Item(s) would have been thoroughly inspected and described with as much detail and information available and any faults will always be clearly listed so that you are fully aware of what you are bidding on, therefore no returns will be accepted. Problems must be reported to me within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Any agreed returns/refunds will be less the p&p costs originally paid as these cannot be recovered and buyer is responsible for full secure return costs
