This is an old Brilhart tonalin Streamline model tenor mouthpiece stamped 3. It is in original condition. It had some noticeable cracks and the shank has been banded in the past, but despite that it plays very nicely. It has good projection and that classic brilhart tonalin sound of a nice mix between dry and fat.
