This is a 1930s Selmer table C large chamber slot mouthpiece in used condition. Some discolouration due to age, but this is purely cosmetic. The mouthpiece plays nicely, with a very dark and warm sound. Would be good for trad, classical, or to have refaced and opened up to a more modern tip opening.
