Vintage 1974 ENYA 40 BB TV rc model glow engine, complete, boxed with exhaust (used exhaust but in superb clean damage free order).

Double ball raced and the piston has a dykes ring fitted.

The piston has no burnt on fuel residues and neither does the crankcase exhaust stack, shows no exhaust residues at all.

This looks new old stock to me, no washer marks or obvious signs of mounting to the lugs, this engine was still in it's plastic bag covered in it's shipping preservation oil. I have made no attempt to polish it up, has not been stripped either. Listed as new other for this auction.

Turns over with silky smooth bearings and huge compression when I put my finger over the glow plug hole (it's never had a glow plug fitted).

I have found an excellent genuine Enya exhaust which fits this engine perfectly so this will be included with the engine, it has been used in a test run decades ago but looks in fantastic shape, these engine's were never supplied with an exhaust, you had to buy them separately!

I gently fitted it to the engine for the picture's so you can see it.

The Enya engine is complete in it's original box with instruction sheet.

These Enya 40 BB TV 6002 series engine's are better performers than the OS MAX 40 FSR, these Enya engine's are of legendary quality and will last a lifetime of use if run on Methanol/castor oil 80/20 mix fuel and no need for any Nitro content either.
