Recently, we have updated our system and some apps. When you first use them,please update the system first.

Steps: setting -- System Update~

1、Remote can't navigate on some Apps—It is a common issue for most of android tv box 11.0,12.0,13.0 that hard to navigate on some Apps with the remote, as these Apps are mainly provided for tablets and phones that have touch screen settings or mouse. You can connect a mouse or a wireless keyboard to control it.

2、Resolutions—Now most of the TV boxes (including all TV boxes from cosycost support 4K resolution, which is the basic function. Some products support 6K / 8K resolution. Please confirm that if your TV supports 4K / 6K or 8K resolution or not, Meanwhile,if the video you played supports 4K 6K 8K resolution, then the tv box also support 4K or 6K 8K.

3、The keyboard needs to be reconnected—Please try to repair the code for it, press FN firstly, do not release, and press FN+F1 together , after blue led light showing, release the keys, put in the usb receiver, after the blue led light is not flashing, it means the repair code is successful.

4、If your TV box needs to be restarted after a period of using, it may be that some apps you installed are not compatible or some data is damaged. It is recommended that you “factory data recovery” in the settings. Press the hidden button in the AV hole with a toothpick to forcibly restart the TV box.

5、According to which WiFi router you may have,Where an 802.11n router can theoretically achieve close to100mbps or more, it will likely be less as you are getting. You can possibly achieve faster speeds with an 802.11ac router, which can (theoretically) achieve 10-100mbps. I say theoretically because every system has flaws and the numbers advertised are ALL produced in nice case scenarios. WiFi's theoretical speed is 8-10 times faster than the actual speed, which is the calculation method. Hope this helps.

6、If a mobile application is mistakenly installed on the TV box,The TV box will be slow to operate or unable to open,suggest customers to download and install the TV version app on Google Play store.

Q&A:Unable to contact WiFi ？

First: You can use the TV box to test WiFi with your phone hotspot. If it can be connected to the phone hotspot, it proves that the WiFi chip is normal.

Second: Change the network name and password of the router,because sometimes the network name is not changed for a long time and there may be many hidden users sharing the network with you,causing the network to fail to function to become more and more bogged dow.

Pls note: If you need to open the TV box's WiFi6 network channel, please upgrade your router to WiFi6.

if ”App didn't work”/”Incompatible”/”stop working”

APP installation - The TV box supports the installation of Android apps from the App Store, APK Pure, If a downloaded app doesn't work,

1) Please go to the "Settings" menu on your device, locate the "Apps" option, and find the app in the list of installed apps. Select the app and navigate to the "Model" section. Choose the "Normal" setting and save the changes. Test the app to see if it functions properly.

2) If the problem persists,you may have downloaded the wrong version. In that case,you can try downloading the app from one of the other mentioned app stores. Additionally, you can get in touch with C Cosycost for assistance.

3) After the TV box is connected to the network for the first time, it will automatically update. Please be patient and wait for the update to be completed. The update cannot be cancelled, otherwise it may cause the TV box system to crash.

4) If you wish to use Wi-Fi,please disconnect the Ethernet first,you cannot simultaneously enable Wi-Fi and connect the TV box with an Ethernet cable.
