Wilhelm Wengler (* 12. June 1907 in Wiesbaden; † 31 July 1995 in Berlin) was a German legal scholar and professor at the Free University of Berlin.

Life: Wengler studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main and received his doctorate there as a student of Hans Lewald in 1931. iur. as well as to Dr. re. pole. In the years 1933-34 he was an assistant, from 1935 speaker at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Foreign and International Private Law (under Ernst Rabel) and its sister institute for foreign public law and international law (Bruns).
