The minolta 100mm f4 lenses is one the purest macro lenses i have ever used
Minolta MD easily adapts to many DSLR bodies . I like to adapt it to canon Ef " .... adapter not included.The lens is very sharp, great contrast and color rendition.
Lens blades are clean and snappy .
Bellows are nice + light tight.
Very smooth upper rail focus mechanism.
Lower rail is firm to stiff , smooths out a bit as you turn a few times. The lower rail is for rough camera placement ... the upper is the main focus.
