Recently purchased from a Belgian book dealer/collector

This is an original 1947 French Color Edition printed by Casterman. 

Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to their scarcity and age. 

CONDITION: Excellent condition considering age and rarity. Cover is good with some rubbing wear in places, edges/corners also have rubbing.  The spine is in very good overall condition. Pages are Excellent and are all there. Virtually no yellowing which is rare for these old editions. Pictures and color are vibrant and bright.  No scribbles, tears,  or inscriptions throughout.
