The so-called Grade A refers to 100% natural, without any treatment or dyeing.

About size:

In order to allow you to clearly observe the details of the item, the picture is larger than the actual item, and the measurement is based on the longest, widest, and thickest. If you don't know the size, please draw the item size on paper to confirm the actual size.

About the picture:

We use iPhone to take photos in natural light, the colors are closer to reality, and the photos don’t have any filters. The colors of items displayed under different lighting and different monitors will be different. It is recommended to use an iOS phone or computer to view the pictures as the color difference is small. If you are using Android or Windows, the color difference may vary greatly.

About returns:

Natural jade often has various cracks, flaws, cotton patterns, stone patterns, impurities, spots, etc. It is generally difficult to make it perfect. The flaws are most apparent when the photo is adjusted to its maximum. If the original item is defective as shown in the enlarged picture, we will not accept this as evidence that the item is not as described or arrived damaged.
