Full photographic evidence of the condition of the item or items is fully recorded against this Sale, and all photos are indented with the Time and Date of Photo, Packing location, and Camera Used; it even states the Weather outside, and the Camera Settings Used this is irrefutable evidence of shipment and this data is impossible to change and can and will be used in a court of law and surrendered to the Police.
MISSING /STOLEN PARCELS
In the present day and age, Couriers and Postman 🚚 Leave Parcels 📦 on the Address Doorstep and take a Photo showing proof of Delivery; it is your responsibility to tell Post Office, Evri, UPS or any other Service being used stating you do not want to Parcels left on doorstep (This is not our responsibility all Couriers leave Parcels). In the situation of a Theft from the doorstep (This is what it is if the Parcel has been confirmed as Delivered and you are stating it’s now Missing), you will need to raise a Police Crime Reference Number and provide that to us, we will provide this when possible to the Shipping service used and advise them to deal with you directly. By us getting the Delivery confirmation, we have satisfied both eBay and our Obligations.
LATE OR DELAYED PARCELS
In the UK and Worldwide, we are in a historical time that includes the awful pandemic; due to this, lots of Shipping company staff become I’ll, and drivers become Ill at the last minute, which contributes to the delay of your parcel 📦. We track Parcels constantly, so you don’t have to and will provide updates when we can work for you; if you need further clarification or complaint, you will need to contact the shipping company directly.
Green Ghost Collectables book all Shipping Services through the Print Shipping Label and EBay’s suggested shipping methods and services; we immediately pay for these, and as soon as possible, we drop the Parcel at the shipping depot or store in any situation that this couldn’t be done we will inform you asap
(We are a one-person band and illnesses or family emergencies can occur please understand that we are only human as are you), once the Parcel / Parcels have been dropped at their location or collection has been made shipping duration is entirely out of our hands, we will have paid for a Next Day Delivery on the majority (Important Not all) high-value items Above £200, 48 Hour delivery is delivered for majority of others packages so we would hope that your parcel arrives in this time, we are not responsible for any further delays so please understand this that we are powerless and don’t control the actual band drivers or depots we wish we could.
In the event of a Lost Parcel confirmed within the tracking history, we will contact the Shipping merchant on your behalf to initiate an investigation as advised by eBay Policies Buyers are required to wait for this outcome which is usually 10 Working days if the Parcel is confirmed as lost during shipment and not missing after guaranteed delivery, we will initiate a claim against the Shipment company and ideally refund immediately (At the point of conclusion of investigation not before).

PARCEL DAMAGES AND PROCEDURES
Green Ghost Collectables Pride ourself on packing parcels exceptionally well; however, it is entirely unavoidable to defend against all damage (Extreme force against a package such as ForkLift or a Vehicle driven over); if a Parcel has poorly arrived damaged, you need to do the following to ensure correct steps are followed:
- Confirm with the driver that the Parcel is Damaged and refuse the Shipment altogether; take Video proof that the courier has taken the Parcel; get them to confirm on Video I am delivery driver X on Date X and have delivered a damaged parcel tracking number X I can ensure the Parcel has been refused and will be returned to Depot now. Doing this covers you completely.
- We have all had it the Courier drops the Parcel and practically runs away; in this circumstance, if the Parcel is Damaged, please leave the Parcel untouched on the doormat or Safeplace exactly where the Courier left it: Take photographic evidence without moving. Top, Sides, and Try to photo the bottom without moving from the side of the parcel 📦; ensure you have the Shipping Label showing CLEARLY within at least two of the images taken / Now, on your Camera phone, record a short Video: Hi I’m X and eBay item X has arrived damaged on Date X tracking number X this is precisely how the courier left the Parcel, and I will now show you around the parcel without touching - Here are the Top and Shipping Label shown, Here is a clear view of the Sides, I will now attempt to move the package for the first time I can confirm, Here is the bottom of Box and here is the Area with the Damage, I’m aware to not open or damage this parcel any further and contact Green Ghost Collectables for further instructions.
Once both Video and Photographic evidence has been taken, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and provide the Video and Images altogether. These need to be original photos and not saved from within the Image application/software or screenshot (These images without original MetaData will not be accepted)
We will look at the footage and compare it to the courier Delivery images whilst the Analysis is being undertaken; please keep the Parcel intact; expressly, do not open it. Once Green Ghost Collectables has viewed the Parcel damages footage, We will advise on the next step either:
- Returns Number will be provided, which must be written clearly on the outer packaging in Black Permanent Marker (This is important to process your claim).
- When returning damaged untouched parcels, the Parcel must be received back in the same condition as received by you, and so an Outer Box protecting the damaged box will need to be used (Sounds crazy, but Couriers can refuse a refund if the Parcel has just been shipped back in existing packaging, causes further damages that weren’t one the received parcel)
- depending on the importance of the return shipment to us, we may decide to use a premium return rather than EBay’s automated return shipping Label.
- It’s essential to know it’s your responsibility to get this return back to Green Ghost Collectables Exactly as received, untouched and unopened if the Parcel has just been shipped as was received Refund will be immediately refused.
- if Parcel damages are informed to us after the package has been opened, then they will be refused due to the amount of Fraud returns stating damages - The Damage Images and Video on Doorstep are for both your protection and ours and aid with the claim with Couriers without this evidence we will not be reimbursed and neither will you.
RETURNS PROCEDURE, IF APPLICABLE:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Green Ghost Collectables does not accept returns of any sort; we are a private individual, so for items that have been shipped new and sealed, we won’t receive an open package; we do not have an extended returns department, and any return like this, we will immediately be losing money.
Having said that, if Green Ghost has had an infrequent occurrence where an item has arrived that is the wrong item or damaged, we will review the LiveParcelPacking to view the actual items shipped and the exact condition that was sent; this avoids any confusion. If, after viewing the footage, we can confirm a mistake has been made, we will authorise a return which will be paid for by us. If, however, it’s clear that the item was shipped exactly as specified and in the condition described, then you will be advised that the item will not be accepted, or, on rare occasions, you can return it using the reason - Changed my mind. Invalid Return requests stating the thing is not as described, the refund will be denied immediately for wrongful use of this Return reason as fraudulent. Please ensure that your return reason is correct if approved to return.
❗️ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A GREEN GHOST COLLECTABLES RETURNS NUMBER WRITTEN ON FRONT OF PACKAGE CLEARLY ❗️Any Parcels received without an RMR Returns number will be refused immediately and returned to sender.
RETURNED ITEMS CONDITION
>> Unless the Parcel has arrived with Outer packaging damaged, then Green Ghost packaging will have protected the item in total, and the item will be in the same condition as the original condition video during packaging.
All items shipped are brand new and sealed unless indicated otherwise within the description and Condition description. (if the Box was damaged on receipt, the Parcel shouldn’t have been opened at all) If the Package has been opened and it claimed afterwards that it was damaged, your refund will either be refused. You will be asked to arrange collection of your returned item, or If the item has been produced entirely undamaged, we follow the following condition scale and Refund rate:
Items returned for Change of Mind, the Wrong item sent, missing any reason other than Item not as described. All of these reason returns the Items within the Package should arrive intact sealed, and in perfect re-sellable condition. If this is the case, we will issue the following refund:
15% Restocking fee
ITEM RETURNED OPEN OR SEALED DAMAGED
Items that have arrived with Box or Packaging Seals opened or Damaged these items can’t be resold as brand new, and therefore their value has become precisely that, so we will issue the following refund:
40% Opened item
PACKAGING OPENED, AND INNER PACKETS OPENED.
If the packing has been opened and internal bags or packaging undone, this has made the item ultimately used, and we are unable to sell it as anything other than used; we need to take time to fully clean and verify that all the parts have been returned complete and this time needs to be taken in consideration, and so in this situation, we will issue the following refund:
50% Used Item Refund
DAMAGED ITEM OR INCOMPLETE
If the item has been returned without a retail box or is ripped open or missing, this will contribute to this condition grade. All parts are counted and checked against the original manufacturer's instructions. This will take time to Clean and count back in and verify all details are complete. This takes time and will need to be taken into consideration. We will issue the following refund providing all aspects are still complete:
30% Used Open Refund
MISSING PARTS AND CLEAR ISSUES
If the item/items arrive back in dirty condition when things have come in Preston’s clean condition, the parts or items will need to be cleaned. Features valued if we feel some parts can be recycled and used for helping other buyers in the future, we will issue the following refund (Usually, this would just be refused immediately with no refund):
15% Damaged / Part Returned.
Any other condition will be refused, and no refund will be given. As you can see, we do as much as possible to ensure you get the maximum fair amount if returning an item unauthorised or found in one of the above conditions.
To our Amazing actual customers, you will understand that our service is more important than payment; for our legitimate consumers, we will do everything and anything possible to ensure you get the best experience and come back for return shipping, so it pains me to have to include the ending conditions, so we apologise to all of our cherished eBay users for having to see these firm conditions. Still, unfortunately, in the current eBay climate, it’s necessary to avoid Scams daily. We operate and support the eBay Fraud Blacklist, which will also protect you as a regular user from any of these scammers.
FRAUD / THEFT VIA CHARGEBACK
Green Ghost UK (Green Ghost Collectables) provide items exactly as described, and Photos show our packaging is so good we are confident that the thing inside could be thrown across a room into a pile of packages; this is a little excessive but providing packaging suitable for that condition means that 99.9% of Parcels will arrive as packed in our Video. If it is discovered that an item has been intentionally damaged, parts taken on return, article switched for an alternative item, not what was sent, we deal with all cases with ActionFraud and your local Police station will be informed.
In the event of a Card Chargeback or unfair eBay return decision for an issue that we are not responsible for, a theft report will need to be made immediately with your local Police Station, and a Crime Reference will be provided; we will instruct our lawyers and provide the full Evidence with the Court Ready Packaging footage, High Definition Condition and Packaging Photography, Courier delivery photos, Serial numbers confirmed. Secret product identifier confirmed 👍 or unconfirmed 👎 all this evidence will be used against you legally; we have made every effort to supply you with the best fully described item / s in great packaging, so defrauding us is grossly unfair, and we will not accept it.
The Product / s Total Cost will be registered with DCBL National Debt Collectors and County Court informed and case applied; we will follow the full power of the law to enable us to achieve our payment back and product back.
Your eBay account and full name and address will be recorded on the National eBay Fraud Blacklist indefinitely. Being on this blocklist will go across all known addresses, not just the main registered address, and this goes for orders you have made on any existing eBay user account or a new bogus account. All will be Blocked 🚫.
